PRE/POSTNATAL

Whether you are thinking about getting pregnant, currently pregnant or just had your baby it is so important to look after your body.

Together we can make sure that you are doing everything you can to ensure that you keep your body in the best shape possible. During pregnancy there is nothing to say that you need to gain weight all over your body, so we will leave that to the tummy and make sure everything else stays trim and toned!

After you have had your baby, and the doctor signs you off, we can get straight to work on regaining your strength and start losing that baby weight and help you looking your best in no time at all. You’ll be surprised how quickly you can feel and look great after you’ve had a baby!

I know childcare can be a nightmare to organise but you can forget about that. I have lots of experience with babies and am more than capable of entertaining them, bottle feeding, burping and even changing them if they wake up while you are mid way through a session.
