It is your goal that we are working towards, so the way we will train is very much based around your schedule and lifestyle. We can meet for our sessions anywhere that suits you best whether that is in your home, garden or outside on the common. The areas I cover are Clapham, Wandsworth and Balham.

By making the decision to workout with a trainer you have made a big step in the right direction. Now all we need to do is get going but first a consultation, whether its on the phone or face to face, is necessary to determine how we can best help you achieve your goals. We will have a very informal chat about your lifestyle, exercise history, nutrition and then take it from there.

Don’t want to work out alone? …You don’t have to!

Group sessions are a great way of exercising, they are a great excuse to see your friends or spend some time with your other half doing something positive. They are also more cost effective per person.
